Step:1
Right click anywhere in the stage. Select document and properties, customize your stage as width (400px) and height (300px) and background color is white.
Step:2
Take oval tool in tools menu. Draw a cirlcle, and convert (press F8) this as movie clip.
Step:3
3)Right click on movie clip and select copy in that menu. Paste into the stage 4 or 5 times.
Step:4
Pile the movie clips like this.
Step:5
Take the bone tool in tools menu. Draw the bones from movie clip's pivot to near movie clip's pivot.
Step:6
Select runtime option in properties menu.
Step:7
press control + enter for test movie.
