Step:1
Right click anywhere in the stage. Select document and properties, customize your stage as width (400px) and height (300px) and background color is white.
Step:2
Take the rectange tool,draw a square by drag and press shift key. After draw a square,take the freetransform tool. Rotate the square as 45 degree.

Take the subselection tool, click the square (four green color points will be appeared). Drag the first point to inside,try to make a shape like papper arrow. Convert this shape as graphic symbol(press F8 and name it "papper arrow")
Step:4
Lock the first layer. Create a new guide layer ( Crate layer 2 and double click on folder symbol, check the option of guide). Take the pencil tool, draw a path ( like wave or curve).
Step:5
Drag the layer 1 to below of layer 2. The guide layer symbol will be changed. Click and press F5 on 100th frame in guide layer for frame,similarly click and press F6 on 100th frame in layer 2.
Step:6
Release the lock on layer 1,drag the papper arrow symbol to begining of the path in first frame.Similarly,click the last frame. Drag the arrow symbol to end of the path in last frame. Right click and create classic tween.
Step:7
Select the option of orient to path in properties menu. Take the free transform tool and rotate the arrow on path direction. Similarly do this last frame.
Step:8
Press control + enter for test movie.
