Step:1
1)Customize your stage properties as width (125px) height (40px).
Step:2
Take the rectange tool in tools menu, draw a rectangle with dark blue color effect. Take the text tool, write "color effect or something" in the rectangle.
Step:3
Select the whole objects by selection tool. Press F8 for convert panel, convert to button. Name it that color,click ok.
Step:4
Click in over frame and press F6 for keyframe. Click the rectangle,reduce alpha value as 41%.
Step:5
Press control + enter for test movie.
