Step:1
1)Right click anywhere in stage. select document and properties and customize width is 125 px,height is 40 px.
Step:2
Take the rectangle tool, draw a rectangle ( color is red). Take the color panel (shift+f9), choose linear option . Adjust the color effect like this.

Take the subselection tool, adjust effect like this.

Take the oval tool, select gray color. Draw a smal circle into left corner of the button.Take the text tool, write "home".Select whole movie,press F8 to conver to this as button.Click ok.
Step:5
The button mode will be appeared, click and press F6 at over frame in layer 1 for key frame. Click the gray circle and press F8 for convert to movie clip. double click it.
Step:6
The third stage of movie clip will be appeared. Click and 15th frame and press F6 for key frame. Click the circle , change the color is black. Right click in between 1 and 15 th frame,select create shape tween.
Step:7
Press control+enter for test movie.
