Step:1
Go to insert menu, select new symbol. Name it "ripple" as movie clip. Click ok.
Step:2
The second stage will be appeared.Take the oval tool,select only stroke (2.00). Draw a tiny circle. Click it and press f8 for conver to graphic symbol, name it "ripple effect".
Step:3

Click 50th frame and press F6 for keyframe. Take the free transform tool, drag the circle as huge. Select alpha option in properties menu. Reduce it's value as 7% .
Right click in between 1 and 50th, select create classic tween.
Step:4
Back to main stage by clicking stage1. Right click and customize the stage properties. Take the rectangle tool, draw a rectangle. Drag the ripple effect to the rectangle. Select whole objects by selection tool,simply press f8 to convert to button.
Step:5
Double click it. The next stage will be opened, click and press f6 for keyframe. Remove the ripple effect circle from the rectangle, and drag the "ripple (movie clip)" from library to button.
Step:6
Take the text tool, write "Ripple button" or something in up frame, just copy it. Click over the frame,right click and select paste in place.
Step:7
Press control+enter for test movie.
