Step:1
Go to insert and select create new symbol. Create a movie clip,name it "rotation".Click ok.
Step:2
Take the polystar tool in tools menu. Draw a star(click options in properties menu,select star).
Step:3
After draw a star, click it and press F8 to conver to graphic symbol. Name it "star".
Click and press F6 the 12th and 24th frame in timeline for keyframe.
Step:4
Click 12th frame,take the free transform tool. Rotate the star,similarly do like this on 24th frame. Create classic tween in 1 to 12th frames.Similarly create classic tween in 12th to 24th frames.
Step:5
Customize stage propertise as 125px width, 40px height. Take the rectangle tool, draw a small rectanlge. Drag the star (graphic symbol from the library to the rectangle. Take the text tool, write a text in the rectangle. Select whole movie by selection tool, press F8 to convert to button symbol. Double click the button.
Step:6
The second stage will be opened, Click and press F6 for keyframe in over frame. Click and remove the star symbol, drag the rotation movie clip from the library to button.
Step:7
Press control+enter for test movie.
