Step:1


Right click in anywhere in the stage,and select Document Properties.Customize your stage as 400px(width) and 100px(height) Choose black color for background.

Step:2


Selct the text tool in tools menu. Write some text.Click the folder symbol at filters in properties menu.Select the drop shadow, adjust the value of blur x as 10px and blur y as 10px.

Step:3


Select the glow tool in filters,adjust the value of blur x as 61px and blur y as 61px. check the box of inner glow.

Step:4


Press control + enter for test movie.
