Step:1
Right click in anywhere in the stage,and select Document Properties.Customize your stage as 400px(width) and 100px(height)
Choose black color for background.
Step:2
Take text tool in tools menu. Select white color for text in properties menu. Write a text in the stage.

To create a new layer, click folder symbol in time line. Double click on 1st layer and change name it as text, similarly double click on 2nd layer and name it light effect. Lock the text layer.

Click the first frame of light effect layer. Take the ractangle tool in tools menu.

Draw a rectangle on light effect layer, select selection tool and click on rectangle.

Press shift+F9 for color panel, and select linear option in the color panel. Adjust color the colors like this.
Step:7
After changing the color effect for rectangle, press F8 for convert panel. Changing the rectangle as movie clip.

Right click on the movie clip. Select create motion tween. Select 25th frame and 50th frame press F6 for keyframe in light effect layer.Select text layer and click the 50th frame and press F5 for keyframe.
Step:9
Select 25th frame. Drag the movie clip to
end of the stage. Select 50th frame, drag the movie clip as first frame.
Step:10
10)Right click on the text layer and select mask.
Step:11
Press control+enter for test movie.
