Step:1
Right click in anywhere in the stage,and select Document Properties.Customize your stage as 400px(width) and 100px(height)
Choose red color for background.
Step:2
Select the text tool from tool menu,and wright a text. Convert the text as movie clip.
Step:3
Right click the movie clip,select create motion tween,then drag it to the end of the stage.
Step:4
Click the center in timeline frames. Select the free transform tool in tool menu,click the movie clip.Do adjust the resize of movie clip.
Step:5
It is important step in this flash text animation.Select the last frame,and do adjust the resize like 1st frame.Click the movie clip, select alpha in properties menu,and reduce value as 10,Click the center movie clip,and increace alpha value as 100.Click the movie clip of last frame, and reduce alpha value as 10.

6)Press control + Enter for test movie
